Our vendor network is made up of vendors of all sizes providing all different types of maintenance and repair services. We work with large national vendors to small business owners. To join our network, we require:

Quality of work - We only work with vendors providing high quality work

Fair market pricing - We only work with vendors providing competitive, fair, and transparent pricing

Timeliness - In order to provide our tenants with prompt service, we ask vendors to make first contact within 24 business hours for non-emergency and       immediately for emergencies

Licensing and insurance - We require proof of insurance (general liability insurance and worker’s comp), copy of business license and W9
